Responsibilities
- Seek data from internal and external customers to test hypotheses and pilot initiatives.
- Tackle a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis.
- Prepare and execute regular product roadmap updates to senior leadership.
- Analyze data to identify and isolate issues and early trends.
- Develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Legal to build a roadmap that drives value for the organization.
- Craft a long-term vision of the features needed to exceed customer expectations and build a working-backwards plan to achieve it.
- May include other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 7+ years of product management or consulting experience, including 5+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
- 4+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products that you are deeply proud of.

Physical Role Requirements:
- Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day.
- Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones.
- Repetitive motions using hands and digits, such as movement of wrists, hands, and fingers while picking, pinching, and typing during your normal working environment.
Pay
This role pays between $129,000/year to $150,000/year, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
