Sr. Product Manager, Amazon Fuse and MBD

About the role

The Sr. Product Manager will own a launched partner product end to end, driving growth, post-launch operations, and international expansion. They will define and prioritize the feature roadmap based on data-driven insights into customer behavior and acquisition opportunity, design innovative engagement and retention mechanics, build business cases and secure funding, develop go-to-market strategies, author product requirements, shepherd features through the product development lifecycle, define success metrics, and scale the product to new locales.

Responsibilities

• Own a launched partner product end to end — driving growth, post-launch operations, and international expansion
• Define and prioritize the feature roadmap based on data-driven insights into customer behavior and acquisition opportunity
• Design innovative engagement and retention mechanics that drive repeat usage and convert new customers into loyal Amazon shoppers
• Build business cases and secure funding for product investments
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with local ecommerce teams to execute
• Author product requirements and drive features through the full development lifecycle with engineering partners
• Define success metrics, instrument measurement, and operate a continuous improvement loop post-launch
• Scale the product to new locales, adapting strategy to local customer dynamics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
