About the role
The Sr. Product Manager will own a launched partner product end to end, driving growth, post-launch operations, and international expansion. They will define and prioritize the feature roadmap based on data-driven insights into customer behavior and acquisition opportunity. The role involves designing innovative engagement and retention mechanics, building business cases, developing go-to-market strategies, authoring product requirements, and scaling the product internationally.
Responsibilities
- Own a launched partner product end to end — driving growth, post-launch operations, and international expansion
- Define and prioritize the feature roadmap based on data-driven insights into customer behavior and acquisition opportunity
- Design innovative engagement and retention mechanics that drive repeat usage and convert new customers into loyal Amazon shoppers
- Build business cases and secure funding for product investments
- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with local ecommerce teams to execute
- Author product requirements and drive features through the full development lifecycle with engineering partners
- Define success metrics, instrument measurement, and operate a continuous improvement loop post-launch
- Scale the product to new locales, adapting strategy to local customer dynamics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
