Technical Program Manager III, Amazon Fuse
About the role
Alexa Fuse is the platform that enables Amazon's digital service teams to offer subscriptions through top global partners—TV providers, mobile operators, and device manufacturers—collectively reaching over 4 billion consumers worldwide. No other team at Amazon operates at this intersection of Prime, Prime Video, Stores, and partner ecosystems. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM III) to join this unique team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives from concept through launch, driving accountability across engineering, product, and business teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Prime, Prime Video, and Stores to define and deliver technical solutions for the Fuse roadmap
- Contribute to and evaluate high-level designs and architectural diagrams for implementing highly complex solutions that enable digital subscription services across global partners
- Develop technical requirements and execution plans by working with product, engineering, and business teams to support continued business performance growth
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, using technical judgment to question proposals and test assumptions in novel partner integration scenarios
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to accelerate program delivery, improve team efficiency, and reduce toil across the Fuse TPM organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- 4+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience
- Experience in working with external and internal partners throughout development and production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in payments or e-commerce
- Experience with accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards
- Experience with AI/ML technologies

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
