Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs focused on OCI infrastructure planning, sourcing, forecasting, and capacity management.
- Drive execution across multiple organizations including OCI engineering, infrastructure operations, supply chain, Fusion teams, finance, and Global Business Units.
- Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, roadmaps, operational processes, and delivery milestones.
- Build and scale program management frameworks, governance models, operational tooling, and business processes supporting OCI infrastructure growth.
- Cook large-scale infrastructure and data center initiatives involving capacity planning, procurement, deployment readiness, and operational scaling.
- Manage executive-level visibility, reporting, and communications for SVP/EVP-level initiatives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks across organizations and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Create scalable operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
- Help establish long-term operational rigor and process maturity for managing global cloud infrastructure growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, forecasting accuracy, and operational scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, supply chain, or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including capacity planning, forecasting, infrastructure deployment, hardware lifecycle management, and operational scaling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly visible executive-level initiatives involving multiple organizations and senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving programs across engineering, business, finance, operations, and executive teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment in complex organizational environments.
- Experience building operational processes, program governance frameworks, and scalable execution models.
- Able to manage ambiguity and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and status reporting.
