About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program leadership and coordination to connect product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Support CTO in preparing and delivering updates to executives regarding progress on goals and timelines
  • Define and improve standards for planning, communication, tracking, and issue management
  • Provide guidance to project managers, enhancing their management capabilities and addressing program-level challenges
  • Create program charters establishing business value, scope, timelines, success measures, and accountabilities
  • Translate roadmap items into actionable plans, identifying risks and establishing contingency measures
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across various teams including operations and product management

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in program management or business operations within a Product & Engineering organization
  • Strong expertise in building, implementing, and measuring processes, frameworks, and operational metrics
  • Familiarity with tools that support developer productivity (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Confluence, CI/CD systems)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly across the organization
  • Tenacity, persistence, and detail orientation to drive complex projects to successful completion
  • Bonus: Experience with release management in a SaaS or enterprise software environment

Pay

$200,262 – $244,764 annually
