Responsibilities

  • Manage complex performance accountability cases, including those involving senior-level employees
  • Advises on performance accountability standards, case strategy, and documentation requirements
  • Collaborates with Legal and regional experts on compliance and documentation standards
  • Leads consultations with managers to navigate performance challenges effectively
  • Reviews performance improvement and case documentation to ensure quality and objectivity
  • Identifies recurring trends in cases and recommends improvements to processes
  • Contributes to training and development initiatives for managers and HR partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience, specifically with performance cases
  • Deep expertise in performance management frameworks, including risk assessment and documentation standards
  • Strong experience with case management systems, preferably Workday
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Legal on sensitive matters and translate guidance into actionable steps
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leaders and manage high-stakes dialogue
  • Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience in an HR context
