Texas Department of Criminal Justice requires the services of ERP Developer 3 candidates for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, modify, and test system codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Create technical design documents to meet UI, reporting, and interface requirements
- Analyze functional design requirements
- Demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team
- Use collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment
- Work with SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- 8 years of experience with PeopleCode and Application Packages
- 8 years of experience with Application Engine, COBOL, SQR
- 8 years of experience with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- 8 years of experience with Advanced SQL and PL/SQL
- 8 years of experience with RHEL OS Scripting
- 8 years of experience with Oracle Database 19g
- 8 years of experience with BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries
- 8 years of experience with AWE
- 8 years of experience with analyzing functional design requirements
- 8 years of experience with creating technical design documents
- 5 years of experience with SharePoint Lists
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials State of Texas Baseline on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, & SS modules
- Preferred: 1 year of experience with Texas CAPPS implementation
- Preferred: 1 year of experience working with Scrum framework
- Preferred: 1 year of experience working with Jira
Schedule
- Normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays
- Hybrid work position: On-site and telework
- Primary work location: 815 11th St, Huntsville, TX 77340
- Occasional in-person meetings in Huntsville, TX; advance notice will be given
- May be required to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on project needs
- All work must be performed using TDCJ-provided hardware (laptop and peripherals)
Pay
- Payment for work over 40 hours will be at the regular hourly rate (overtime rates will not be paid)
- Hours worked over 40 must be pre-approved by TDCJ
Candidate must be dedicated to TDCJ and not hold other employment. Travel, per diem, parking, and living expenses are the candidate's responsibility. Pre-approved travel expenses comply with State of Texas rates and rules.
