PeopleSoft Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to support a PeopleTools upgrade project in an AWS environment. You will work closely with the project team to plan, execute, and validate the upgrade while keeping business operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform PeopleTools upgrades, including patching and environment setup.
• Support PeopleSoft application and infrastructure components hosted on AWS.
• Handle customization analysis, retrofit, and compare reports during the upgrade.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve upgrade related issues.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for smooth cutover and go live support.
• Document processes, configurations, and upgrade steps.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3 or similar services).
• Solid knowledge of Application Designer, Change Assistant, Data Mover, and Process Scheduler.
• Experience with PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
• Good understanding of database, webserver, and app server configurations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with full lifecycle PeopleTools upgrades in cloud environments.
• PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) experience.

Fully remote; candidates must be available during Pacific Time business hours.
