About the role
Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation ownership experience. We are seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to help transform our People & Culture organization. This role involves designing scalable workflows, automating manual processes, building meaningful analytics, and creating the technology foundation that supports every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design the systems, workflows, and automation that power recruiting, onboarding, talent management, learning, performance, and employee engagement.
- Drive enterprise-wide impact by improving operational efficiency, strengthening data quality, and enabling better decision-making across the organization.
- Own end-to-end solutions by moving beyond system administration to translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, dashboards, and sustainable operating processes.
- Shape a modern HR technology ecosystem by partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance, IT, and executive leadership to continuously improve the technology that supports our people.
- Innovate through workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and scalable business systems to help modernize People operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology, People systems, workflow automation, business systems, process improvement, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success translating business problems into scalable, documented, and sustainable technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, employee data, performance management, learning, compliance, talent management, and reporting.
- Experience administering HRIS (UKG, Paylocity, Workday, ADP or similar), ATS (ClearCompany or similar), LMS, workflow automation platforms, reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
- Advanced spreadsheet expertise with complex formulas, structured datasets, reporting automation, and data validation.
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and change management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and systems-thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend scalable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive mindset focused on operational excellence, automation, governance, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations, hospitality, distributed workforces, acquisitions, or high-growth businesses.
- Experience designing integrations across multiple HR systems and enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation governance, and emerging HR technology trends.
