Sr. Partnerships Manager, Legal Professionals

For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment.

About the role

You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position involves managing day-to-day execution across a portfolio of AI and consulting partners while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across a portfolio of AI and consulting partners
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Support partner enablement and certification for seamless integration in sales
• Monitor partner performance against key metrics, including revenue and adoption
• Cultivate trusted relationships with partner representatives as primary contact
• Develop comprehensive account plans and coordinate regular partner reviews
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for partnership renewals and expansions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years in partnerships, alliances, channel, BD, sales, or strategy roles, preferably in tech or legal tech
• Demonstrated commercial instincts with outcomes evident in pipeline, deals, or adoption
• Excellent project management skills to maintain multiple workstreams
• Clear communicator adept at navigating diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable in complex organizations with senior cross-functional teams
• Genuine interest in AI and legal tech with a strong opinion on industry developments
• Self-starter able to operate independently with set goals

Pay

$119,700 – $222,300 annually
