About the role

AWS is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager for DevOps Technology Partners to lead partnership strategies and co-sell engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS cloud services and the ability to work with partners to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a business plan to transform and grow strategic technology alliances for SaaS and Cloud.
• Orchestrate resources within AWS to support partnership initiatives including product integration and build activities.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to generate new business opportunities and develop joint sales enablement activities.
• Drive AWS Marketplace enablement and prioritize its use as the primary procurement tool for partners.
• Lead regular pipeline reviews and hold business reviews with both ISV and AWS sales teams.
• Broker internal resources and investments needed to execute business plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Observability, DevOps, Data and Analytics related technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working with Observability, DevOps, Data and Analytics related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, and SaaS solutions.

Skills

• Ability to build trust and think strategically about new partnership initiatives.
• Show prior solution and program successes.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 annually.
