About the role

AWS is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager for DevOps Technology Partners to lead partnership strategies and co-sell engagements. This role requires expertise in the assigned partner's solutions and overall business planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a business plan to transform and grow strategic technology alliances.
• Orchestrate AWS resources to support partnership activities such as product integration and build.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to generate new business opportunities.
• Drive AWS Marketplace enablement and prioritize its use for partners.
• Coordinate lead generation and joint sales enablement activities.
• Lead pipeline reviews and business reviews with ISV and AWS sales teams.
• Broker internal resources and investments to execute business plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of exceeding quota and KPIs.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Observability, DevOps, Data and Analytics technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Pay

Base salary range: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
