About the role

At Chewy, we are building scalable, modern financial planning capabilities that enable smarter and faster business decisions across the enterprise. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Administrator – Planning Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance our Oracle EPM Planning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications, including Workforce, Capital, Financials Planning, and Strategic Modeling.
  • Manage Development, Test, and Production environments, migrations, deployments, and Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Configure metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat file processes.
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability to ensure reliable operations.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and improve user experience through automation and process enhancements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, documentation, testing, and end-user training initiatives across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.
  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data warehouse platforms.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
  • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business value.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data warehouse platforms.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills.
  • Ownership mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement focus.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business value.

Benefits

Base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
