Sr. Operations Quality Analyst (CA)
The Senior Billing Quality Analyst serves as a critical control point across the Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role combines pre-invoice validation, post-billing audit, and analytical review to detect discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Perform pre-invoice validation of orders, contracts, pricing, and billing schedules
Conduct post-invoice audits of billing transactions and accounts receivable
Investigate billing discrepancies and identify root causes
Validate product configurations, SKUs, and entitlements
Identify billing risks and data inconsistencies
Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues
Develop and enforce billing quality standards
Track and report KPIs including billing accuracy and error rates
Build dashboards and analytical reports
Lead process improvement initiatives
Support system implementations and testing
Identify automation and AI opportunities in billing
Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements
Provide training and mentorship to team members
Qualifications
Associate's Degree (AA) in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience auditing contracts, pricing, and billing terms
Experience in MSP, SaaS, or services-based environments
Exposure to subscription or usage-based billing models
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of ERP, PSA, or billing systems
Advanced analytical skills
