Sr. OEMS Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Sales Specialist on the Americas OEMS team, you will manage the full opportunity life cycle with new prospects and existing buy‑side and sell‑side customers to achieve sales targets. The OEMS team sells a suite of products including AlphaDesk, TORA, REDI on Workspace, and Autex. You understand how to structure deals and how to leverage both market and business sense to outsell the competition.

Responsibilities

• Providing in‑depth customer and market insights to identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process
• Partnering across matrixed functions, including Account Management, Product, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and external partners
• Applying a strong eye for business and commercial strategy
• Delivering a customer experience through demonstrations in your proposition

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial markets / sales experience
• Domain expertise of financial tools used by market professionals across Execution, Order and Portfolio Management
• Understanding of trends and themes impacting the financial industry, familiarity with macroeconomic trends
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Self‑motivated with direct experience selling solutions to the financial community in a quota‑bearing environment
• Creative problem solver
• Understanding of Financial Services and Competitor Landscape
• Strong technical and workflow knowledge specifically within the financial markets trade and execution domain
• Ability to work and navigate a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders

Compensation

Career Stage: Manager

The anticipated base salary for this position is $143,200 – $238,800. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city, and state. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the Variable Incentive Compensation plan; target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job‑related knowledge, skills, and equivalent experience.
