About the role
The OEM Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting sales teams by providing comprehensive product information, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed product information and technical support to sales representatives and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
- Prepare and distribute sales presentations and other marketing materials as needed.
- Manage customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong understanding of product knowledge and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
