About the role

As The Sales Manager, you will provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients. You will respond quickly and professionally to all internal partners and external customers, delivering clear and concise communications that represent Concord Hospitality across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internal partners and external customers.
  • Manage and track room blocks, meeting space, special concessions, and other details for assigned events and groups.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, including cut-off and key dates.
  • Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues and understand strategies to maximize released space and hotel revenues.
  • Gain knowledge of hotel's food and beverage products, pricing, and function space, and learn about audio visual and other event-related details.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals, including proactive and reactive calls, tours, and appointments.
  • Use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes to accomplish individual and team goals.
  • Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications as required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to foster teamwork and make strategic decisions for the hotel.
  • Continuously develop your career and advocate for training and job opportunities that enhance your skills and personal growth.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures and carry out reasonable requests from management.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in hospitality, sales, marketing, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and customer service. Proven success in managing events and groups, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets are essential. Proficiency in digital sales systems and a keen understanding of hotel operations are also required.

Benefits
