Sr. Network Engineer (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required)

About the role

We are actively seeking a Senior Network Engineer with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience and a minimum of Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, test, and implement integrated network, hardware, and software solutions, distributed computing solutions, and/or physical and logical communications networks for the organization.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to service requests and trouble tickets, including Move, Add, and Change requests for the enterprise transport.
• Write and execute detailed network implementations such as topology and rack elevation diagrams.
• Provide technical consulting on high-level network designs, platform sizing, infrastructure system design, and the application of new technologies.
• Apply extensive industry and enterprise knowledge to identify and recommend integrated solutions, products, and services to support the enterprise's accomplishments of business goals or technical needs.
• Provide network administration support for development, deployment, and problem identification and remediation of the enterprise network environment.
• Assess the impact of system changes to the team and to the infrastructure.
• Provide written and in-person status updates to leadership.
• Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 15 years’ experience engineering, implementing, and maintaining classified networks supporting 1,000 or more users.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix virtual infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Certifications: CCNP Enterprise or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued); passed Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions (300-415 ENSDWI) Exam
