About the role
SA Hosted and Managed Solutions provides the cloud infrastructure that powers modern contact centers. Our modular suite—covering Virtual Call Center (VCC) platforms, Asterisk-based PBX, and integrated billing—enables businesses to remain agile and cost-effective. We are looking for a Strategic Sales Lead to act as the architect of our growth.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Identify, prospect, and close high-value partnerships from first cold outreach to final contract signature.
- Consultative Problem Solving: Spend time with Business Owners, CTOs, and Operations Managers to diagnose "technical debt" and show how our stack solves specific headaches.
- Strategic Input: Act as a business leader, providing insight on pricing models, competitive positioning, and pivoting the product roadmap to meet market demand.
- Technical Credibility: Lead the conversation on SIP Trunking, WebRTC, and API integrations, performing live platform demonstrations and answering architectural questions confidently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales (specifically CCaaS, UCaaS, or Managed IT).
- Proven history of hitting targets as an individual contributor.
- Comfortable discussing ROI, Agent Occupancy, and Cost-Per-Call metrics with C-suite stakeholders.
- Exceptionally self-directed, responsible for CRM hygiene, pipeline generation, and schedule.
- Deep understanding of cloud-hosted vs. on-premise hardware and ability to explain structural advantages of our Asterisk-based environment to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Benefits
- Yearly salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
