About the role
The ideal candidate will own enterprise sales activity for back-office investment management solutions across North America, drive new revenue against a defined quota, build and convert pipeline through proactive outreach, relationship-led selling, and industry engagement, lead complex sales cycles including demos, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution, engage senior stakeholders as a trusted commercial partner, and mentor a relationship manager.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise sales activity for back-office investment management solutions across North America
- Drive new revenue against a defined quota across new and existing clients
- Build and convert pipeline through proactive outreach, relationship-led selling, and industry engagement
- Lead complex sales cycles including demos, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
- Engage senior stakeholders as a trusted commercial partner
- Mentor a relationship manager
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in financial technology
- Strong background selling investment management back-office or closely related solutions (e.g., fund accounting, middle/back office outsourcing)
- Proven success closing complex, consultative deals with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
