The Opportunity

The Sr. National Account Sales Manager will achieve sales targets and business metrics, while building long-term growth with Target in the US. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail landscape and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans for Mattel's brands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of related sales experience with a mass account, consumer-packaged goods, toys, or entertainment
  • Strategic visionary
  • Effective selling & communication skills and confidence
  • Goal-oriented mindset to drive to our numbers
  • Analytical horsepower with ability to use data to drive business decisions/recommendations
  • Function as One Team to deliver results
  • Ability to exert personal influence, build relationships with account(s), and collaborate effectively with functional teams and other key internal / external stakeholders
  • Ability to make sound judgments while working under pressure
  • Strong PC skills (Excel/Word/Power Point)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Trade Marketing experience, including category management, site merchandising, and promotional planning
  • Toy selling experience
  • Experience working with Target and knowledge of their reporting systems
