About the role

Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations to ensure uninterrupted operations. Oversee purchasing of MRO supplies including PPE, safety equipment, CAPEX items, freight, and packaging materials. Lead pricing negotiations and drive cost-saving initiatives to maximize value. Conduct vendor evaluations and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability. Utilize ERP systems (Sage 300) and Excel to set up, track, and manage purchase orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing MRO and consumable materials
• BS in Supply Chain Management preferred
• Demonstrated experience with packaging supplies procurement and freight negotiation
• CAPEX purchasing experience is a strong plus
