Sr. MRO Buyer

About the role

This is an onsite position in Miramar, FL, reporting to the Supply Chain and Planning Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, planning, and/or supply chain in an aerospace environment
• Experience with tactical and strategic supplier development and networking
• ERP/MRP systems proficiency
• Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Word, Outlook, Excel
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Must meet export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for indirect/direct materials to support operational requirements
• Oversee and implement obsolescence management strategies
• Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate with various supply chain departments, including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Quality, and leadership
