Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on designing and delivering enterprise CRM and case management solutions that support effective service delivery and client outcomes. You will work closely with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Microsoft Dynamics-based applications. The position also involves contributing across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, testing, and deployment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions in collaboration with the technical team
• Ensure high-quality project outcomes through close collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Gather technical requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Contribute to all project phases of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations
• Engage in data-centric discussions during discovery meetings
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Develop customizations and integrations for CRM solutions
• Support system architecture specifications and implement custom solutions
• Enhance development and testing processes with tools that support quality delivery
• Document and manage technical risks and issues throughout the project

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years implementing enterprise-level CRM solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform for business applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities

Pay

$130,000 – $216,000 annually
