Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on designing and delivering enterprise case management and CRM solutions that support complex client needs. You will partner closely with clients and project teams to gather requirements, shape solution designs, and guide implementations from discovery through deployment. The position also involves translating technical concepts into clear business terms, refining user experiences, and supporting high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions, identifying risks during the design phase
• Ensure high-quality project outcomes and collaborate with clients and project teams
• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client needs
• Contribute to all phases of CRM implementations, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
• Engage in data-centric discussions with clients during discovery meetings
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Develop integrations and customizations for CRM solutions
• Support system architecture and document technical risks
• Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
• Refine technical solution designs for platform implementations

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• At least 2 years managing enterprise-level CRM solutions
• Experience translating technical information into business concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with developing business applications using Power Platform

Pay

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
