About the role
The successful candidate will lead a team of storage solution architects to work with customers, introduce new technologies, and adopt new solutions. They must have great people management, mentoring, and hiring skills.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed adoption and revenue objectives
- Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects
- Coach Solutions Architects in the skills needed to conduct training sessions
- Step into a Solutions Architect role when required to support our customer base
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
- Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices
Requirements
The role requires travel to key AWS events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

- USA, MA, Boston - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville - 191,000.00 - 258,400.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
