Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturers and internal partners to ensure compliant bids and support negotiations.
- Review bids, understand the impact, and effectively move them through the process for review.
- Prepare bid cycle and product review presentation materials.
- Present materials to leadership.
- Ensure bids are accurately memorialized in contracts, review redlines, and work with manufacturers to finalize language.
- Review financial modeling for accuracy and potential formulary changes.
- Review contract underwriting for accuracy and financial impact from language and/or rate changes.
- Cooky relationships with internal and external partners.
- Prepare manufacturer summaries for leadership Team.
- Collaborate with internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, health plans, or PBM
- Ability to travel up to 15-20%
- Contracting experience
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience

- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at problem solving
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services
- Knowledge of pharmacy and medical rebates
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
