Sr. Mgr, Nursing Strategy

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of chronic condition management protocols for nursing
• Support strategy execution to expand nurse capabilities
• Facilitate nurse documentation standards and efficiency with EMR training
• Develop a multi-prong nurse sourcing strategy with Talent Acquisition
• Create executive-level progress reports for stakeholders
• Lead initiatives for nurse and clinical support development
• Engage Center Nurse cohorts through Oaky Nurse Huddles and communication pathways

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; advanced degree preferred
• Current registered nurse license needed
• 6-8 years nursing experience required
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Demonstrated experience in driving clinical compliance in regulated environments
• Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision
• High emotional intelligence with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
