Sr. Medical Education Specialist (Neuro) Penumbra Your Remote US Home Office Remote External Medical Education The Senior Medical Education Program Specialist at Penumbra leads and executes medical education programs for Neurovascular products, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, managing program logistics, and maintaining compliance with FDA guidelines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. The position involves significant business travel and exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, with a comprehensive benefits package. Overview Job Description Lead, plan, and execute Medical Education programs for Penumbra’s Neurovascular product lines.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to support program objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Medical Education Director and Operations Manager for program alignment.Partner with product teams to align education with clinical messaging.Lead program planning, execution, and on-site management.Maintain and update program templates and materials.Ensure compliance with FDA and company guidelines.Analyze program metrics and provide guidance on medical education resources.Build and maintain relationships with faculty, sales, and vendors.Mentor and guide Medical Education Program Coordinators and Specialists.Ensure adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Requirements/Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience.Experience managing complex programs in a regulated environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a general office environment with frequent business travel.
