About the role

The role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a specialized medical setting. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality of care
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient cases

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management
  • Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing healthcare facilities or departments
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
