About the role
rEvolution is a leading global sports marketing agency founded in 2001. We provide a full-service marketing approach including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and data & insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day media buying, campaign management, pacing, QA, and optimization across paid search, paid social, commerce media, and other biddable media platforms.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on campaign setup, optimization, platform best practices, and overall account stewardship.
- Bring forward innovative optimizations and test-and-learn ideas to help clients meet and exceed their business objectives.
- Work with media vendors to facilitate media planning, proposals, platform education, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop timelines for campaign activation and help ensure internal and external stakeholders are meeting deadlines.
- Partner with analytics and the larger media team to share data, surface insights, inform future strategies, and speak to campaign performance as the subject matter expert on client calls.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search, retail media, eCommerce, shopper marketing, and/or other biddable performance media campaigns.
- Experience working in at least three of the following with a desire to learn more: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel.
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, product targeting, sponsored product listings, audience targeting, bid strategy, budget management and attribution.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and building actionable recommendations using buying platform reporting and internal dashboards.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, presenting to clients, collaborating cross-functionally, and guiding junior team members.
Qualifications
- Hybrid role based in Chicago with a global reach.
- The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65-75K, and is eligible for a discretionary, annual bonus.
- Compensation packages are based on unique factors for each specific candidate including skillset, depth of experience, business needs, parity with other team members, and applicable certifications, among other job-related considerations.
