Description
Amazon’s Cross Channel and Category Marketing Team (XCM) is hiring a strategic marketer to lead the execution of their cross-channel mass campaigns. This individual will drive campaigns that create brand love for customers worldwide. XCM operates the largest and most performative mass marketing portfolio at Amazon.
This individual will be an integral partner to stakeholders across Amazon and XCM leaders, as well as with global locales, ensuring campaigns align with the brand strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Craft insight-driven cross-channel campaign briefs, in partnership with Brand Planning and cross-functional partners.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development across brand campaigns, from brief development through production, ongoing measurement performance, and optimization across channels.
- Be a thoughtful and strategic partner with business teams to ensure strategic integration into relevant stakeholder priorities and documents.
- Engage with international marketing leaders to bring a central campaign strategy and key creative assets to life across locales.
- Manage on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns.
- Lead relationships with relevant creative partners to deliver campaigns that are on brief and raise the bar in driving brand and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in verbal and written communication for executive-level leaders
- Experience in agency or brand-side marketing roles overseeing complex campaigns, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in executing campaigns across traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video, and paid social
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on global campaigns
- Experience providing creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
- Experience executing marketing strategy and creative at a high bar

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
USA, NY, New York - 137,900.00 - 186,500.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle - 125,400.00 - 169,600.00 USD annually
