About the role

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality execution across complex campaigns in New York, New York. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on program leadership, requiring someone who can coordinate cross-functional efforts, guide teams effectively, and keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to translate business priorities into well-executed marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects launch on time, meet business goals, and maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Build and oversee campaign plans that align marketing activity with broader organizational objectives and performance expectations.
  • Direct day-to-day program execution by setting priorities, managing timelines, and resolving obstacles across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to communicate progress, surface risks early, and support informed decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a team by providing direction, feedback, and clear accountability for campaign and operational outcomes.
  • Establish efficient workflows and execution frameworks that improve coordination, visibility, and follow-through across marketing efforts.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable programs with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable deliverables.
  • Operate effectively in a high-volume environment by balancing short-term demands with long-range marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading marketing campaign execution and operational delivery in a complex, fast-moving business setting.
  • Strong background in project or program management with the ability to organize multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing plans that support business strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing teams, including assigning priorities, coaching performance, and driving accountability.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and navigate upward effectively in an organizational structure.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with close attention to detail.
  • Capacity to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and momentum across competing priorities.
