Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, administration, optimization, and governance of marketing systems, lead management processes, marketing databases, automation frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that support scalable demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Define "metrics that matter" and develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to Marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide insights into funnel performance, marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition, buying group engagement, contact acquisition, database health, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Drive strong sales and marketing alignment through initiatives and processes that support lead management and governance, improved lead quality, enhanced data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and IT to identify, design, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, scalability, and business performance.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to provide ongoing analysis and insights related to marketing investments, pipeline impact, attribution, funnel performance, and goal attainment.
  • Execute marketing database strategy by identifying opportunities to improve data quality, enrichment, segmentation, contact acquisition, compliance, and overall database health.
  • Establish scalable processes that ensure data integrity, support audience targeting, improve buying group visibility, and enable accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize marketing operations through workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, signal-based targeting, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner across teams to evaluate, implement, and operationalize capabilities that improve efficiency, scalability, lead management, reporting, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain documentation, governance standards, workflows, and operational procedures that support consistent execution and long-term scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and renewals while partnering with Legal, Security, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner across Marketing, SDR, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, IT, and Web teams, ensuring systems, data, reporting, and processes support business objectives and drive alignment across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced HubSpot administration experience.
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing automation platforms and supporting complex marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Strong background in data governance, database management, and enrichment strategies.
  • Experience building workflows, automation, and scalable operational processes.
  • Experience working within Salesforce environments and partnering closely with Sales Operations and Salesforce Administration teams to support lead-to-account processes, routing, data integrity, and CRM optimization, including defining requirements and coordinating updates to Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity objects.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing and buying group initiatives.
  • Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
