Sr. Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and optimization of marketing systems and lead management processes
• Develop essential metrics and dashboards for actionable marketing insights
• Analyze marketing funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
• Facilitate sales and marketing alignment through improved lead management initiatives
• Administer marketing technologies and ensure effective platform configuration
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT for operational efficiency solutions
• Execute marketing database strategies to enhance data quality and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Advanced HubSpot administration experience
• Deep knowledge of lead lifecycle management and funnel optimization
• Expertise in managing marketing automation platforms
• Strong background in data governance and database management
• Proficient in Salesforce environments and supporting lead-to-account processes
