About the role
OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG), the nation's leading provider of specialized obstetric hospitalist services, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Generalist to focus on Business Development & Partnerships. This role supports strategic growth initiatives and strengthens relationships with hospital partners nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations leaders to develop marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Create and maintain sales and partner-facing marketing materials, presentations, and communications.
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to business development teams, helping strengthen relationships with current and prospective hospital partners.
- Ensure all partner-facing messaging aligns with OBHG's brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Write, edit, proofread, and manage compelling content across multiple channels, including case studies, website content, sales collateral, brochures, partner communications, and email campaigns.
- Conduct interviews with hospital partners and internal stakeholders to develop authentic stories and insights.
- Coordinate with external creative partners, writers, designers, and videographers as needed.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns supporting business development and hospital partner engagement.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Support marketing efforts related to conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
- Aid in video content creation and editing to enhance partner communications and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on healthcare marketing trends, competitive insights, and industry best practices.
- Support reporting, analytics, database management, and ongoing maintenance of marketing assets.
- Recommend enhancements to marketing strategies based on data, market conditions, and partner feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably supporting business development, partnerships, account management, or client-facing teams.
- Exceptional professional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Prioritize producing high-quality work.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and website content management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
