About the role

Join a dynamic team at Esri where innovation meets impact. We are seeking a talented individual to join our GIS development team. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects that utilize advanced geospatial technologies to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain geospatial applications using ArcGIS SDKs and related tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement geospatial solutions
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing GIS systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in geospatial technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in GIS development or related field
• Experience with ArcGIS SDKs and related geospatial technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), or a related field
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with cloud-based GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Online

Skills

• Proficiency in ArcGIS SDKs and related geospatial technologies
• Strong understanding of geospatial data models and analysis techniques
• Experience with geospatial data visualization tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
