Key Responsibilities

  • Plans, executes, and optimizes all aspects of trade events to maximize lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
  • Owes the lead management system, including tracking, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Maintains and enriches CRM audience data through ongoing research, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop content that resonates with target audiences and supports demand generation goals.
  • Champions co-marketing initiatives with channel partners in close partnership with the sales team.
  • Supports integrated campaigns that align inbound, demand generation, and channel marketing efforts.
  • Ensures consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing communications or demand generation role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write and edit technical or product-focused content.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, with strong preference for HubSpot experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, inbound and demand generation marketing, blogging, CRM segmentation, and distribution channel marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Pay

$72,000 to $85,000 starting salary range
