What You’ll Do
- Build & Maintain Marketing Analytics Infrastructure
- Create dashboards and reports tracking pipeline, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI.
- Create business and technical requirements and documentation for marketing team’s enablement.
- Develop and maintain attribution models, lead scoring logic, and funnel stage definitions in partnership with MOps.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards for the marketing organization to ensure alignment on a single source of truth.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing data sources; troubleshoot discrepancies and build validation checks.
- Deliver actionable analysis and insights through deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, channel mix, audience segmentation, and pipeline contribution.
- Create cohort analyses, regression models, or predictive models to identify drivers of conversion and retention across marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for marketing leadership, including executive-ready summaries with clear takeaways.
- Serve as a strategic partner to marketing leaders, diagnosing business health and prescribing operational interventions.
What We're Looking For
- Quantitative experience in Marketing & Data Analytics, Business Operations, or Management Consulting with 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Experience supporting CMO, Digital, and Field Marketing teams in a B2B business.
- Built multi-touch attribution, predictive, and demand gen models.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A self-directed mindset with the ability to prioritize workstreams and solve unstructured business problems.
- Expertise in translating complex analyses into concise, executive-level narratives.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, data validation, conditional formatting, and scripting.
- Expert level SQL skills; capable of building net new data models.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Amplitude, Thoughtspot, SLG & PLG GTM strategies and API management.
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity. For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets.
