Key Activities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance marketing dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, campaign, web, CRM, and related data sources.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, combine, validate, and analyze data.
  • Translate business and marketing questions into clear reporting requirements, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and improve the accuracy and consistency of marketing data.
  • Document reporting logic, data definitions, calculations, and source dependencies.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on marketing data governance, including KPI definitions, taxonomies, naming conventions, data ownership, access, quality standards, and reporting controls.
  • Lead selected working sessions with Carrier stakeholders to define or improve marketing measurement and data governance practices.
  • Recommend practical improvements to reporting processes, analytics tools, and data management approaches.
  • Partner with marketing, digital, analytics, technology, and agency stakeholders across a complex global organization.
  • Support and coach internal stakeholders on analytics and governance practices while remaining directly responsible for hands-on delivery.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills, including working with multiple data sources and complex datasets.
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics, preferably GA4, and digital marketing measurement.
  • Experience defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, data definitions, and measurement standards.
  • Working knowledge of data governance principles, including data quality, ownership, taxonomy, documentation, and access controls.
  • Ability to move comfortably between detailed technical execution and senior stakeholder discussions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience working across multiple teams, business units, geographies, or complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to operate independently, establish structure in ambiguous environments, and deliver high-quality work with limited oversight.
