About the role

Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and routings with a focus on continuous improvement. Cultivate and drive productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations. Support machine shop, assembly, and test areas by implementing optimized processes, programs, and tooling solutions. Design tooling and fixtures for both assembly and CNC applications. Create and maintain comprehensive work instructions and fixture design documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in assembly or CNC manufacturing environments
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, with a focus on tooling and fixture design
