Sr. Managing Director, Head of Institutional Products

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Purchase, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Interface with global institutional clients and dealers' network
• Oversee underwriting and pricing for traditional GIC bids
• Manage GIC sales process including terms negotiation and documentation
• Coordinate MTN transaction documentation with legal and auditors
• Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations
• Define and execute growth strategy for PRT products
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field required
• 15+ years of broad insurance experience, including investment, asset-liability management, financial modelling and risk analysis required
• 10+ years of experience working with institutional products required
• Experience working with MTN programs and transactions strongly preferred
• Experience with risk underwriting, contract issuance and compliance for institutional products and PRT preferred
• FSA or CFA professional designations preferred

Pay

$275,000 – $325,000 annually
