Sr Manager, Technical Product Management - GenAI Platforms and AI Assistants
About the role
This role leads the team behind the AI platforms the entire enterprise relies on—GenAI tools, coding platforms for engineers, and self-service AI chat agents for Tier 1 IT and HR support. This is one of the highest-impact roles in the organization, owning the experience across multiple best-in-class platforms, a unified gateway, underlying models, reliability, cost, and AI chat agents that resolve IT and HR requests in seconds. You are accountable for making these platforms match T-Mobile’s Un-carrier mindset: bold, easy, and built for the people who use them. Success means the enterprise chooses these platforms because they are the best, not because they are mandated.
