Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Join us as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, for the Marketing and Sales organizations. As a key senior leader, you'll drive impactful hiring strategies, enhance organizational efficiency, and lead creative solutions in workforce planning, candidate engagement, and change management with your business units. Partner with executives and the Talent/HR team as well as the Total Rewards team to deliver data-driven insights and elevate our hiring strategies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader. This role will lead recruitment professionals (Talent Acquisition Consultants) and be a people manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key business leaders - SVPs, VPs, Directors, business operations, HR/Talent, Immigration, Legal, and Finance.
- Demonstrate your prior management expertise by providing strong leadership and support to an exceptional team of globally based recruiting professionals, while developing their skills and capabilities through coaching, inspiration, and encouragement.
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.
- Responsible for managing team results and targets and reporting the results to executives, including VPs, SVPs, and CPO leadership, where appropriate.
- Ensuring clarity on priorities and goals across the entire assigned functional area.
- Strong problem-solving skills by proactively driving results and being solution-oriented.
- Works closely with TA leadership on recruiter capacity planning against headcount plans. Adherence to Unity Recruiting practices and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience leading and developing a successful talent acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strategic Hiring Planning: Expertise in developing and executing hiring strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience leading Recruiting teams, mentoring senior recruiting professionals, and working effectively with executive leadership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to use hiring metrics and analytics to guide decisions, identify trends, and drive business outcomes. Experience in strategic planning, analyzing pipeline health and funnel conversion rates, and implementing processes to measure recruiting metrics.
- Effective Communication and Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence senior leaders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in publicly traded or high-growth global organizations.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to attend meetings, off-sites, etc.
- Experience hiring candidates with sales, marketing, business operations, and engineering experience.
- Ability to manage regional teams.
