We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruiting and help attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. This role is based in our Lexington, MA office and requires employees to be onsite five days per week. Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring prioritiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreachScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation, and role fitCoordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and interview teamsManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systemSupport offer preparation, compensation discussions, and pre-employment steps in partnership with the broader HR teamEnsure a consistent, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack recruiting metrics, provide hiring updates, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectivenessStay informed on recruiting trends, employment market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisitionOther duties as assigned Standout Skills For Impact Builds trusted relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, translating them into targeted, high-impact hiring strategies that align with organizational goals and keep organizational paceLeverages multi-channel sourcing techniques—including direct outreach, referrals, and social platforms—to proactively build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in competitive marketsUtilizes recruiting metrics and ATS insights to optimize hiring processes, improve time-to-fill, and continuously enhance candidate quality and experienceDelivers a seamless, inclusive candidate journey through strong coordination, transparent communication, and thoughtful engagement from initial contact through offer acceptance Qualifications And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field6+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment is requiredFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or similar ATSStrong interviewing, assessment, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple open roles, prioritize work, and meet hiring timelines with organization, follow-through, and attention to detailSound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential informationKnowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and inclusive recruiting principles Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including role responsibilities, experience/qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and external market benchmarks.
