Sr Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a highly dynamic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our field-based recruitment team. In this role, you will coordinate and administer talent acquisition policies and procedures, ensuring strategic alignment to meet business needs. You will establish strong internal and external sourcing networks, develop candidates, and ensure effective onboarding of new hires. You will collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to discuss labor market trends and strategic staffing plans, develop and present recruiting metrics, and drive the analysis and tracking of these metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all levels of management to determine long-term strategic hiring needs and ensure the highest level of service is provided.
• Lead and direct the talent acquisition team to support business units, including performance management, hiring, coaching, development, and load balancing.
• Partner directly with HR management and cross-functional teams to drive appropriate HR recruiting initiatives in a timely and professional manner.
• Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidates on opportunities, and present qualified candidates.
• Monitor Talent Acquisition productivity reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in one of the following areas: Retail & Event Marketing, Retail Recruiting, and/or Agency experience.
• 2 years of talent acquisition supervisory experience or relevant leadership/managerial experience.
• Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing, selection, and talent acquisition strategies, programs, vendors, and tools.
• Excellent people skills.
