Sr Manager Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly dynamic Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to manage the field-based recruitment team, coordinate TA policies, and ensure strategic alignment of talent acquisition with business needs. This role involves establishing strong sourcing networks, candidate development, and effective onboarding while consulting with senior management on hiring needs and labor market trends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all levels of management to determine long-term strategic hiring needs and ensure the highest level of service is provided.
• Lead and direct the talent acquisition team to support business units, including performance management, hiring, coaching, development, and load balancing.
• Partner directly with HR management and cross-functional teams to drive recruiting initiatives in a timely and professional manner.
• Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidates on opportunities, and present qualified candidates.
• Monitor Talent Acquisition productivity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in one of the following areas: Retail & Event Marketing, Retail Recruiting, and/or Agency experience
• 2 years of talent acquisition supervisory experience or relevant leadership/managerial experience
• Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
• Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing, selection, and talent acquisition strategies, programs, vendors, and tools
• Excellent people skills
