About the role

As Sr. Manager, Strategic FP&A at Conga, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s financial story and long-term outlook. You’ll support multi-year financial planning, exit-rate and run-rate analysis, executive-level reporting, and ad hoc strategic analysis for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support multi-year financial planning
  • Run-rate and bridge analyses
  • Concise reporting for confident decision-making
  • Executive-level materials
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • Work closely with Finance leadership to inform enterprise-level decisions
  • Take initiative to understand business needs and challenges
  • Formulate data-driven perspectives on key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Operate proactively to identify gaps, propose solutions, and own outcomes
  • Think strategically beyond the current quarter
  • Work with multi-year plans, exit-rate views, run-rate normalization, and scenario analysis

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, investor relations, or related fields
  • Experience supporting executive leadership with forward-looking financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-level materials
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operating principles
  • Hands-on experience with FP&A systems and tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exposure to corporate strategy initiatives, capital planning, or M&A-related analysis
  • Strong executive communication and financial storytelling skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset
  • Effective communicator with a focus on clarity and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Benefits

At Conga, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. Our U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $131,380 - $210,210 USD. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Pay

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
