Sr. Manager, Strategic Delivery and Change (GTM Activation)
About the role
The Senior Manager of Strategic Delivery & Change will lead complex, high-visibility GTM transformations, drive behavioral and policy transformation, solve problems with agility, architect change and delivery playbooks, and influence and partner cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic GTM Activation: Design and own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility GTM transformations.
- Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear, actionable activation strategies that drive immediate impact.
- Drive Behavioral & Policy Transformation: Move beyond standard IT or system changes to lead large scale shifts in organizational behavior, sales processes, and policy execution.
- Ensure teams are culturally and operationally ready for strategic pivots.
- Problem Solve with Agility: Act as an internal strategy consultant. Identify core business challenges, formulate a strong point of view, and creatively design holistic solutions that challenge the status quo.
- Architect Change & Delivery Playbooks: Build comprehensive strategic plans that merge program management rigor with advanced change management methodologies. Ensure stakeholders are not just informed, but fully equipped and activated at launch.
- Influence & Partner Cross-Functionally: Build deep relationships with sales leaders, GTM strategy teams, and enablement partners. Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems to drive alignment, mitigate execution risks, and build momentum without relying on direct authority.
- Measure Business Value: Define and track robust success metrics focused on adoption, behavioral shifts, and GTM performance, ensuring sustainable outcomes long after the initial launch.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in corporate transformation, strategy and delivery, or complex organizational change management.
- GTM & Sales Strategy Acumen: Proven experience working closely with Go-To-Market functions, sales strategy, or revenue operations, with a deep understanding of how sales organizations operate and adapt.
- Transformation Expertise: A strong track record of driving large scale, non-standard changes (e.g., policy, behavioral, operating model shifts).
- Strategic Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguity, synthesize complex inputs into a clear perspective, and pivot quickly when required.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and present complex strategies simply and effectively.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
Qualifications
- Strategy Consulting Background: Previous experience at a management consulting firm, specifically focusing on enterprise transformation or GTM strategy.
- Creative Builder Mentality: You aren't afraid to try new approaches, build frameworks from scratch, and deliver solutions that are highly customized to the business problem.
- Advanced Change/Program Credentials: Relevant certifications in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, PROSCI), Program Management (e.g., PMP), or an MBA.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
Schedule
This is an office-flexible role with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week for team collaboration and cross-functional partnership.
